Cancellation Policy

15-Minute Consultation Policy At M.A.L.I. Tutoring, we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to understand, and determine how to best support, the unique needs and academic goals of our clients. Please review the following guidelines for our consultation sessions: Scheduling: Consultations must be scheduled in advance using our online booking system. Available time slots are limited, so we encourage you to book early. Preparation: To make the most of our time together, please be prepared to discuss current math challenges, academic goals, and any specific areas of concern. Having recent grades or assignments on hand can also be helpful. Punctuality: Our time is valuable. Please ensure you are available and ready at the scheduled time. If you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other appointments. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through our booking system. This allows us to offer the time slot to another family in need. Follow-Up: After the consultation, you will receive a summary of our discussion and a recommended tutoring plan. This is your opportunity to ask any final questions before deciding to move forward with our services. No Obligation: The consultation is completely free, with no obligation to book further sessions. However, we are confident that you will see the value in our personalized approach to math coaching.
