Cancellation Policy

Session Duration & Fee: Each group tutoring session is 50 minutes long, with a fee of $75 per student per session. Group Size: Group sessions are limited to 2-4 students to ensure personalized attention and effective learning. Booking & Payment: Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Cancellation & Rescheduling: *Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. *Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. *Rescheduling is subject to availability and the agreement of all students in the group. Late Arrivals: *If a student is late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. *If the tutor is late, the full 50 minutes will be provided or the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. *The session will proceed with the students who are present, and no refunds will be given for late arrivals. No-Shows: *If a student does not attend the session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable. The session will continue with the remaining students. Session Packages: Discounts are available for packages of multiple sessions. These must be booked and paid for in advance. Code of Conduct: *All sessions are conducted in a respectful and positive learning environment. *Disruptive behavior may result in termination of the session without a refund for the student(s) involved.
