Cancellation Policy

Session Duration & Fee: Each tutoring session is 50 minutes long, with a fee of $75 per session. Booking & Payment: Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Payments can be made via [list payment methods here]. Cancellation & Rescheduling: *Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. *Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. *Rescheduling is subject to availability. Late Arrivals: *If the student is late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. *If the tutor is late, the full 50 minutes will be provided or the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. No-Shows: If the student does not attend the session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable. Session Packages: Discounts are available for packages of multiple sessions. These must be booked and paid for in advance. Code of Conduct: *All sessions are conducted in a respectful and positive learning environment. *Disruptive behavior may result in termination of the session without a refund.
